Dr MK Uddin qualified from the Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2003. He completed his postgraduate Vocational training in Northampton and Oxford University. Having extensive experience consulting in numerous top end private practices all over England, he was shortlisted for
Private Dentist of the Year In 2008.

He has specialist interest in Cosmetic and Surgical Dentistry and has been trained by world class Cosmetic Dentists. He has placed over thousands of veneers and completed many full mouth reconstructions at high quality and perfection.

Dr MK Uddin is renowned for treating nervous patients, Celebrities, Judges, Barristers and Members of the parliament.

Dr MK Uddin is an active member of the British Dental Association and British Dental Health Foundation as well an associate member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Dr MK Uddin is involved with many voluntary organisations in promoting good oral health and oral cancer awareness. He also appeared on live Sky TV discussing the effects of pan chewing and smoking on oral health. Dr MK Uddin has a lifelong passion for postgraduate education.

Dr Nikos Mardas qualified in dentistry in 1992 and he completed his three year training as a specialist in Periodontology. In May 2005 he received his PhD degree with a thesis on jaw bone regeneration. In 2005 Dr Mardas joined the world renowned Eastman Dental Institute (UCL) as a tenure Clinical Lecturer in Periodontology. He is currently teaching Periodontics and Implant dentistry as well as pursuing research in the field of regenerative Periodontics and implant dentistry.

He is an active member of the Hellenic and British Periodontal Society, The European Federation of Periodontology, the European Association of Osseointegration and Fellow of the Internal Team for Implantology. Besides that is a member of the Academy for Higher Education in UK. He has published a several scientific papers in both national and international peer-reviewed journals and he has been invited as a speaker in subjects related to regenerative periodontal surgery and implant dentistry in various national and international scientific meetings.

Dr Mardas has clinical expertise and more than 15 years of experience on non-surgical and surgical treatment of periodontal disease including conventional and regenerative periodontal surgery, periodontal plastic surgery, alveolar bone augmentation procedures and dental implants.

Dr Amanda Mallikarachchi. BDS

Dental Surgeon

Dr Amanda Mallikarachchi Qualified in 2001 from Guy's and Thomas's hospital in London. Following qualification she started Postgraduate Vocational training scheme in 2001 -2002 in west London. Dr Amanda Mallikarachchi is a member of British Dental Association and Dental Protection. She has extensive training and experience in treating anxious, dental phobic patients and children. Dr Amanda Mallikarachchi has specialized interest in Cosmetic Dentistry and Oral Surgery. She has been in General Practice since 2001 for both NHS and Private. She has also practiced in a Special Needs Clinic dealing with mentally challenged/ handicap patients.

Although my passion is dentistry and transforming patients smiles for a confident smile and in some cases a better quality of life. I also believe in achieving a balance between work and play. I am a keen marathon runner and currently training for half marathon, my ultimate goal is complete the London marathon in 2010. I am passionate anything to do with sports and enjoy skiing, hiking and recently completed the three peaks challenge. My greatest pleasures of life is sun, sand, sea with plenty of relaxation time.
