Most patients experience mild pressure for a day or two when they change to a new set of aligners. This is a sign the aligners are working and usually settles quickly.
Treatment times vary depending on your individual needs. Many cases are completed within 6 to 18 months, and we will give you an estimated timescale at your consultation.
Aligners should be removed for eating and for drinking anything other than water. Simply brush your teeth before putting your aligners back in.
